Q: How do I make a reservation?
A:You can make a reservation a couple different ways. Best way you can make a reservation is by calling and finding out to see if your items is aviable. Second way is to fill out the online reservation form with our real time inventory check.
Q: What should I know before filling out the online check out reservation form?
A: You should read all information about the inflatable or product being rentend. You should check and see if you have all required space, eletrical and height requirments. We love the online check , but this is why we say the besty way to reserve a bounce is calling.
Q: How far in advance should we reserve a product?
A: If you know the date, then you should reserve. We have people reserve items year after year so some items my be already booked. Don't wait to late!
Q:Is a deposit required?
A:Yes. A deposit of half your rental is needed at time of reservation.
Q:How can I pay?
A:You can pay your deposit using your debit or credit card. Your balance can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card.
Q: What payments do you accept?
A: You can pay with Visa, Master Card or Discover. You also can pay with a mooney order or personal check, but the money order or personal check must be at our office 10 business days before your event.
Q:Do you charge for delivery?
A:No. Delivery is free if you are in our local delivery area. Our local delivery area is anything within the area code of 20743.
Q:What is your rain and wind policy?
A: Please check our policy page for more info.
Q:How much room is needed to set up the inflatables?
A:Please check the measurments of your rental product and see requirments for spce needed. All products require different space requirments.
Q:How much power is needed?
A:Each unit requires a 110V (standard) outlet. A dedicated outlet is preferred. Each outlet must be located within 100 feet of each unit.
Q:Can I pick up the jumper and set it up myself?
A:Why would you want to pick up equipment on the party day. Leave it to us. No pick-ups.
Q:What surfaces can bouncers be set up on?
A:A Inflatable can be set up on about any surface. Make sure you let a Jamaya Party Rep know if the inflatable is set up on any other syrface other than grass.
Q:Is Jamaya Party Rentals. insured?
A:YES! We will provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request. For events on public property, additional insurance may be required. Please Contact Us for any information on charges that may apply. Municipalities, schools, churches, and other venues may contact us in advance to make the proper arrangements. The lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation after receiving each unit. Jamaya Party Rentals. is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or to any persons using the leased units or equipment or to any damage to personal property.
Q:Aren't all bounce companies insured?
A:I wish they all were it would make the industry much safer. But 50% of all washington area inglatable com[panies carry no insurence. That why we get alot of coorperate and larger scale events.
Q:Do adults need to supervise the bouncers?
A:Yes All moonbounces need to have adult supervision.
Q:Are your Moonbounces clean?
A;Yes. We take this very very serious, and that is why we have a quailty control department to make sure all products are not just clean but in A+ rental condition.
Q:Can inflatables be set up inside?
A:Yes an inflatable can be set up inside, but their are different height requirments for each inflatable. So please contact us for inforamation if you are having a event inside.
Q:How many hours do we get the equipment with each rental?
A:We rent our inflatables for allday rentals. That would be 6 hour rentals or duration of party up to 8 oclock in spring and summerand 7 oclock in fall and winter.
Q:Can Jamaya Party Rentals provide an attendant to supervise the bouncer?
A:Yes we can provide an attendent for your event for a charge of $20.00 an hour.
Q: How much time prior to the event does Jamaya Party rentals set up?
A:Normaly we set up a bounce 30 mins before your event but do to routeing we can set your bounce up 2-3 hours before your event.
